Overall very positive experience and the owner was friendly and helpful. There’s a couple reasons I put 4 stars rather than 5. I made a reservation for a unit online which was convenient, however the day I got to the facility it was really confusing. I never received any move in instructions or any type of welcome email and the only email I got confirmed my reservation but it said to arrive with my ID and check in with staff.
