This is the worst clinic I have ever been in my 54 years of life. The wait times are forever. Never wait less than 45 minutes to an hour my issues are never really addressed. It takes forever to get an appt. At least three months. I only gave it one star because I had to it wouldn’t let me give it zero.
if you come here for your primary care, the doctors SUCK. they don’t care about your issues, they are pushy and are quick to leave the room during your appointment. i’ve been requesting a refill on a topical ointment for my eczema for months now and my doctor refuses to approve it without giving me any reason as to why. there is no message on the portal, no call, no email, nothing. when i try calling the primary care phone number my call NEVER gets picked up no matter what time of day it is. how is there no one managing phon... read more
I been calling for a week now and no answer or call back from soraida from medical records! My son has an allergy and need his forms for school he started today and the school still hasnt recieved it .
The Dr made my visit about her. I didn't need to know about this being her last day because LA county fired all the contract Drs.
