Took my payment and applied it as a credit and are now trying to charge me interest. This place is a joke. Elwood equine is a far better place to do business.
They always are so helpful and kind. I have been going to them for years. I can’t say enough good things about the care from the front desk staff to the veterinarians they are all incredible.
We drove three hours in the dark to bring our sick horse in. We arrived at around 3 am and were immediately greeted by a doctor who helped us bring him in. They were efficient and very friendly, helping me understand what they were going to do and how they were going to do it. Even though this night turned into my worst nightmare, having to put my horse down, they were still extremely kind and gave me and my mom as much time as we needed to say our goodbyes. There was no rushing at all even at such a late hour
