Llame un día antes ,para informarme de precios y si podía ir sin cita , y me confirmaron que podía ir sin cita al llegar me dijieron que mi mascota no era clienta de ahí cuando si lo era y le dije tengo correos donde me mandan y después me dijieron que tenían citas hasta las 4:15 lo cual era mentira no había nadie en el lugar , solo no quisieron atenderme por qué hablaba español malísimo servicio no lo recomiendo 👎👎👎👎

I tried to make an appointment for my puppy that swallowed something 5 days ago and is just now shipping symptoms of distress. I waited to take him on the advice of another veterinary professional but they refused to even give me an appointment.
When my dog got a tick they took him right away and did a blood panel and that was super awesome! My dog needs to be neutered and they quoted about 1,200 for a neutering and my dog had to have some teeth removed. I’m fine with it. I called to schedule a neutering and they told me that they don’t neuter females which I said he was a male and then they said he needs a blood panel which I said he just got his panel at that location. I live in the south valley so I wanted a spot but I’m taking my pup somewhere else
DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE!!!! I normally take my pets to VCA which they are phenomenal, I only chose this place because it is close to my new home!This place here is where I chose to bring my Chihuahua for what I knew was bronchitis. We were put in a room and we're completely forgotten about. The workers finally saw us and vet came in too look my little girl over and sure enough bronchitis we were given Doxycycline and Prednisone and we both agreed the vet and I to recheck her in a week.
