My experience here was excellent! Although I was only here for 9 months, my lease agreement was a month to month, and with proper notice I had no hassles leaving. For an older storage facility, my unit was clean and with the security cameras I felt there was at least some security if needed. Access was important to me and the road inside the facility is very wide and all concrete or asphalt.... easy to turn a large vehicle around with no problem. I will definitely be back!
As a now previous tenant of over 16 years I would say avoid this place and the owner at all costs. Our first 10 years were under previous ownership that treated people and businesses with respect. It was downhill once the new ownership took charge. This is not a business or person you want to give your hard earned money to! Just a few of the issues…yearly unauthorized increases in auto draft for rent, unlawful/unjustified lockout, and borderline harassment by the owner. Long term tenants are leaving left and right.
