paid to do roofing, siding, gutters, flashing and they ghosted. always hard to get a hold of, won't return calls, voicemails or texts, a year after hail storm and they still haven't come to do siding, guttering or flashing. they left trash and screws, and I'm talking a lot, enough to fill up a 50 gallon brute trash can on both roofs they did. reporting to USAA and BBB. do not do business with Russell howell. he was never at the job site except to get money, when he did, it was unannounced, and he was drunk and didn't care ab... read more
