If I could rate their service and customer service a 0 or less, I would. Took my camper in to have the tires, brakes and axle serviced to ensure camper was road worthy for a long trip - paid $640.00. Got about 800 miles into our trip and the wheel came off, sheered lug bolts, tore off steps, rear Jack, etc. All total about $6000.00 worth of damage. Both repair shops on trip said clearly the lugnuts were either over tightened or not tightened. Talked to one of the owners and he claims they never did any work on the tires. I w... read more
We had excellent service! Bonnie was very pleasant. Handle our claim with the insurance company flawlessly. I had an issue with my convection oven and we had to order one from lippert, we had a new oven within a week and everyone at south trail was very pleasant. Thanks everyone for handle everything for us. Amazing.
They are very friendly always, never have had a problem even ordering was easy

Was there with a friend, looking amd pricing new pull behind campers. They seem to be pretty knowledgeable about what they sell, but a little high on the begin price, but after you start bargaining on the price, they seem to want to sell you a new pull behind camper. My buddy is going to be going back there to try and buy one. He is a snowbird and will return in the fall.. His home is outside of Cincinnati.
