I took my car here to be serviced and it was a nightmare. The service staff and manager were terrible and very verbally rude to me so much so I deleted my original review and have waited months to repost one. All I have to say if you need your vehicle serviced I would take it to another Nissan location.
Horrible service and delivery experience after purchasing my new Kicks. My vehicle was delivered with a sensor issue (seriously, brand new vehicle) and the follow up to remedy the issue has been non-existent. I will be using a different dealership for service, who is bending over backwards to help me. I will never go back to South Trail Nissan.
Good inventory on hand, and Ify was helpful as well!
I only spent time on false advertising on the website here. A month ago, I had the same experience at another store in Nissan.
Iffy was really helpful and answered every question and concern with patience . Great service at the front desk as well
