The worst Customer service!! I bought a new car less than a year ago, traded in my old car and did not say, nor sign off they could have my tyres and rims that were in storage, since October I am trying to get them back. They have either lost or sold them. It would have been easier for them to give me the money. I have now been ignored for three weeks. I am going to Nissan Canada and putting in a formal complaint. Don't have anything to do with a salesperson call JEFF
Absolutely top notch service from everyone at South Trail Nissan, and the facilities were exceptional, clean and welcoming. I felt well understood and JJ really knows his stuff, I highly recommend giving him a call!!
Great experience from sale to pick up. Ify was great and knew his stuff, Matthew got things ready for delivery on short notice and Shiv did a great job on delivery. Would recommend them to anyone. No service experience yet but will review that when the time comes.
