I had a terrible experience there. Arrived at an 10 AM appointment at South Trail Hyundai. The appointment was for an oil change on a car with just less than 30, 000 km's on it. Anyway, upon asking the attendant how long it would take, she responded that it shouldn't be anymore than a few hours. I said, okay I will await your call. Long story short, after 1PM I called them and they didn't respond. I called again at 2 and then 3 and sent text messages as well, but no response. I have had two oil changes performed at South Trail Hyundai, and they both ended in disaster. Not to be trusted. Once on my wifes car, they didn't bother to properly snug up on the oil filter, resulting in severe oil spillage on our roads. For myself, I booked for Monday December 2nd 2024 for a 10:15 AM appointment to have my 2016 Elantra oil changed. I arrived there at 10 AM and asked the girl, as to how long it would be.
