I brought my truck in needing warranty work which is not always favourable by shops, and as an mechanic myself asked some detailed questions and concerns which they dealt and answered accurately. I believe, to my experience they have went above and beyond. From service advisor to the shuttle service personal everyone was easy to deal with and professional.
Was connected with Angela to look for my first time Buying, the service was fantastic and she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Very explanatory and made the process so easy and seamless. Would definitely recommend this place again!
Worst experience ever Went there to buy a used car They insisted on putting a deposit to reserve the car, so we did And started out a finance application even got a pre-approval And 3 days later i got a call saying that the car is no longer available as it was sold to someone else. Totally unprofessional and such a waste of my time. This is the worst car shopping experience i ever had in my life. Would not recommend to anyone.
Service department was great, Nadine grabbed a tech for me, Kim removed my wheel lock nuts that I had lost my key for and installed new nuts for me, Thanks guys
