It was my first time here and everyone was so friendly and professional. Everywhere was scrupulously clean and well-equipped. The reception staff patiently explained the dental plans to me, a newcomer to Canada from the UK. The hygienist was equally patient as she painstakingly cleaned my British teeth and the dentist put me entirely at ease as he explained what treatment was necessary and why. I would definitely recommend this practice, especially to any newcomers who may be apprehensive like me.

I just want to thank the entire staffs at South Trail Crossing Dental. This clinic are amazing they are all friendly. That was our very 1st visit to this clinic and we felt comfortable especially my son(patient). All staffs here are incredible from the front desk, doctors and the assistant. From the front desk to the dental assistants and every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, and genuinely caring. You can really tell they love what they do and take pride in making every patient feel comfortable.
