I’ve dealt with a lot of different shops over the years, owned Fords, and GMC mostly but this is hands down the absolute best place to deal with in terms of service department. We bought our Chrysler van used at a different dealer but have always serviced it here and each and every visit is a treat. From intake to checkout all of the staff have always been great. Didn't buy my car here, but when I lost the security key for my lug nuts, Jed R. helped me out by replacing the locking lug nuts for regular ones - for free! I was expecting to pay a bundle for a new key. Really appreciate it! I'll be sure to come by for a proper service sometime. Thank you guys!
