HORRIBLE SERVICE! South Tower Animal Hospital made a mistake and quoted me too little for my dog's medication. Unknowingly at the time, I paid my balance in full based on the price quoted to me and provided on my bill. I left with my dog's medication and wasn't contacted until a full 2 MONTHS LATER that they made a mistake and should have charged me more for the medication. Took my pup for a surgery and the staff kept me updated along the way. Staff are very knowledgeable and kind. Owner Oren always makes sure he has the best staff working for him. Great Clinic I drove from Toronto just for their services.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Nicole and the fabulous staff at this clinic. Our experience from beginning to end was unlike anything I’ve experienced before…they really went above and beyond for our pet. We were on vacation when our pet was viciously attacked by another dog.
