I rarely write reviews, but my experience at the South Tower at the Point condo was HORRIFIC! This building is an unofficial 65+ retirement community. Do not move here if you have young children! The building is a prison with very strict rules about noise. The board policies it's residents, hates children, and gives violations to children. When a neighbor complains about noise, any noise, the resident will receive an automatic violation.
