Alex Garcia hired me to paint a mural at another one of "his" business. The guy did not even bother to pay me the full amount. I sued him in small claims court with the justice of the peace in Harlingen and the guy didn't even show up. He has blocked my number and pretends its not him when I call him about the money he owes me. He has ripped off several other people and does not pay them for their service. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS.
