Dr. McLain was very nice and informative. I was ready to go thru with surgery. However, his office let him down big time. I am trying to be very understanding as they appear short handed. My surgery was rescheduled 3 times, then the Friday before the surgery I was told my preauthorization expired so it was cancelled. So I calmed down and tried to reschedule everything.
