NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL, ONCE THE ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ESTABLISED YOU GET NO ANSWER TO ANY CONCERNS AND PROBLEMS.
Absolute worst "customer service". I have been trying to get my panels cleaned and I can never speak with a person. Call is transferred to a full voicemail. Everything about this company is shady. Not professional or considerate of their customers that spend thousands!! They are nice and promise the world til you sign you home away. Then you find out all they care about is the sale not keeping the customer happy. They should have a real customer service department like any legit company would.
It's literally the worst company I've ever dealt with. The whole contract was violated from day one, from time frames, their own expertise and ability to do the job, the rebate for signing up with them, their timliness on jobs, to materials and overall system capabilities as a whole. They are also verbally abusing e and call you a liar when you have proof in wiring and recording. It's really not smart to do any business, or be associated with people like that.
