I had joined this gym when I moved to Sinton, I let them know I was military and that I would potentially be moving so I needed a gym that was easy to cancel my membership. Once that time came I asked them if I can cancel, of course they stated I’d be charged and the only way to cancel would be to write a letter. Disappointed, I still wrote the letter. They stated they never received it. I am still paying for this membership while I have lived in two different states already.
