I had an early morning appointment and waited about 40 minutes while the front staff verified my insurance. Delays can happen, but what stood out to me was how the situation was handled by the Director. Whether the clinic is fully staffed or short-handed, leadership is ultimately responsible for how operations run. Omgggg i heard about the man that died from an imaging in New York but that is no excuse for bad bed side manner! Kim as her first name was called was so rude I have claustrophobia, so I was already nervous but she made me so uncomfortable I just will reschedule somewhere else at another time! Does everybody read all the stuff, I didnt? Sorry! One smile would not hurt you! Was really wanting this image to see what was wrong, maybe she needs to be in another field! Go to one of the other locations guys, please?
I had a good experience at this location. From the receptionist to the insurance verification team and the radiologist, they were very diligent in helping me to get my CT Scan done today as scheduled! Thank you! I greatly appreciate your efforts
I recently contacted STRIC to make an appointment for a mammogram. I spoke with Karen H. I'm writing to let you know what a fantastic job she is doing. When she found out that I felt a lump in my breast after my doctor's appointment, she recommended that I get a diagnostic mammogram instead of a regular mammogram. Was referred here by Tri-West for my 20 week pregnancy ultrasound. Called to schedule an appt (after waiting 20 minutes on hold for an agent twice because call auto disconnected the first time). Told woman I needed to make an appt, had the tri-west authorization form in hand w a MTF order number, a reference number, a NPI number, my referring physician's name, the service, the validity date range, etc. She told me, and not politely, that I needed the order form with dr's signature.
