Wonderful experience! Everyone friendly and welcoming and willing to work with people during difficult times!
I had a last minute, late in the day MRI scheduled here and could not have felt more welcome. Rose greeted me with a wheelchair to take me to MRI, helped me navigate the electronic paperwork, and did all the behind the counter paperwork. I was the last patient of the day, and she called me 5 minutes after she had wheeled me to car to tell me we had forgotten something. She even waited for us to get back before she left for home. I just wanted to give a huge shout out to ROSE and Austin at the 8026 Floyd Curl Dr San Antonio, TX 78229 Located: Methodist Hospital Specialty and Transplant STRIC location. Rose is always so pleasant and accommodating. She is kind and welcoming no matter the procedure that we are trying to schedule or how last minute the scheduling is. In front desk, Rose Dorflinger was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very grateful she was there to help me. Austin the tech, was very kind as well and made my test comfortable. I loved my visit here.
