After having numerous issues with incorrect doctor’s orders for my MRI (doctor office fault), Rose Dorflinger at the STRIC front desk went above and beyond to both welcome me and kindly assist me in resolving the conflict. Rose is such a kind and warm welcoming individual which is needed especially during a stressful time. This is the 2nd time in 6 months that she has gone out of her way to care for me which was greatly appreciated after an overwhelming morning. My husband got his MRI done at STRIC on Floyd Curl yesterday, October 1, 2026, and was extremely happy with the service. Rose Dorfinger went above and beyond to make certain his insurance information entered was correct and helped us obtain the reports promptly. Alls, the Radioigist provided the imaging reports swiftly. We were impressed with their attentiveness and courteous attitude displayed. Thank you.
