The work done here is good. My problem is with the central office, they got insurance to approve my exam several days in advance but didn’t tell me until the day of that it would be $600 out of pocket. If they had alerted me ahead of time I could have spoken with my insurance company because a surprise $600 is awful but I couldn’t wait to get examined and rescheduled.

I am so Impressed with this facility. I go to STRIC for all my radiology needs but coming to the one on Presidio was outstanding. Close by, free parking, and not over crowded was such a pleasant experience. As always with STRIC, the administrators & technicians are kind and helpful. I was treated respectfully and everything was fully explained to me. Highly recommend this diamond for mammograms, bone density, and all X-Ray needs.

First time at STRIC landmark and I had a great experience. The front desk staff was so kind! I brought a book with me while I wait, but I only got to read about 2 pages before I was called back! The ultrasound technologist was super sweet and very thorough in explaining everything. I will continue to come to this location if I ever need another imaging exam done :)

This place terrible. I have insurance and they didn’t process it correctly. For months I called and they still didn’t fix their error. I’m still waiting for a $2,000 reimbursement from STRIC. They refused to see me as a patient unless I gave them my credit card number and they continued to bill me monthly on it even though my insurance paid them.

Just had 4 different procedures done, and everyone was kind and professional, from the front desk reception to each technician. Thank you for a great experience!
