Excellent service from Cydney and Rick with my son's MRI and DEXA scan! Front desk personnel were also very efficient and friendly. Only complaint was it was COLD in there. Bring a sweater.

Went for my MRI and the lady at the desk said that I needed to pay $250 payment. She refused to take a small cash payment and said they won't take cash and that I needed to reschedule until I had the $250 payment. Horrible! This center only cares about money not the patient. I asked my doctor to send me to a different company. Never again STRIC

I am sick and tired of the back and forth BS with the “call center” and this location can’t even find my child’s appointment. They can see it at the “call center” but can not at the physical location trying to schedule me in to do something we already did 3 months ago, seems like they just want more money to do THE SAME THING.

The front desk staff is condescending , arrogant and lack patience . We were unpleasantly surprised since our experience with the radiologists have always been very positive. Perhaps it’s time to clean house ..at least the front office .

Good during the actual appointment only. Was given a cost estimate, yet it was considerably off. Co insurance was high because they over charge for services. Called STRIC after being balance billed because of the high charges and asked to speak to a supervisor. Was told I would be called but I never received a call back. ' They are in it for the money only. However, the technician was very professional!
