On the day of my 8 am appointment, there was just one female receptionist up front. She seemed very mechanical. When I was paying for the patient portion of my services, I asked for an itemized receipt for HSA reimbursement purposes. She flatly told me that the price quote estimate I had received prior to coming in for my appointment was my itemized receipt. Avoid this place .. April who does ultrasounds is very rude and unwelcoming person. Dr. Burns doesn’t even know how to read the reports.
You can preregister online. The staff are very friendly. You get seen at your appointment time.
STRIC Alamo Ranch was amazing. From the Receptionists to the Tech (Gabby). Thank you ladies for making this a very pleasant experience. I appreciate you all!
I had a great experience at this location. Everyone was so welcoming and the setting is more of a spa than a medical facility. I will definitely be coming back as needed and recommending to family and friends.
