Very professional and personable staff. I needed that extra care and kindness with what I am going through right now and I received that here. I also saw them being very accommodating to people who did not speak English. They were so respectful and patient with them. I highly recommend coming here.
Be prepared to wait a good 2 hours. I had to leave without getting the needed imaging because my young children need me to pick them up from school so my PTO day was burned for nothing. What a shame that I couldn’t take care of my health because STRIC can’t figure out scheduling. Meanwhile not even 20 minutes after I walked out they’re already calling me to reschedule. No thanks!
Ann Montao is usually pretty good about tipping delivery drivers, but a few times she did not. Just a reminder that the delivery fees go to the companies, not the drivers. Please do better next time and show some appreciation for those providing you a service or get your own food.
Billing escalation nightmare. A member of my family received an MRI in Aug of 2024. We went through pre-auth and were informed that with Insurance we would pay $418. We paid that amount and proceeded with the MRI. We were surprised with a text message the next month for a bill of an additional $1500.
