Only 2 people checking in patients and 8 people standing in line!! The staff not even acknowledging people patiently waiting. Bad customer service. They should a least address people waiting in line
The women at the front desk are very slow. They don't acknowledge you. They make you wait while they're just sitting there staring at the computer. When they do decide to acknowledge you and call you up, they don't even have the courtesy to apologize for making you wait. You need better people handling the front desk.
Very professional and personable staff. I needed that extra care and kindness with what I am going through right now and I received that here. I also saw them being very accommodating to people who did not speak English. They were so respectful and patient with them. I highly recommend coming here.
Be prepared to wait a good 2 hours. I had to leave without getting the needed imaging because my young children need me to pick them up from school so my PTO day was burned for nothing. What a shame that I couldn’t take care of my health because STRIC can’t figure out scheduling. Meanwhile not even 20 minutes after I walked out they’re already calling me to reschedule. No thanks!
Ann Montao is usually pretty good about tipping delivery drivers, but a few times she did not. Just a reminder that the delivery fees go to the companies, not the drivers. Please do better next time and show some appreciation for those providing you a service or get your own food.
