This place has gone out of touch No longer can get a copy of crays No one ever answers
The front office manager supervisor Barbara was not personable at all. She insisted my appt was going to take long and wanted to send me somewhere else. She also didn't believe the paperwork I gave her from Valcare to get images. She questioned me about the doctors name andthen ask me where the doctor was located and she had the info in front of her. I have never even managed to reach them. The phone number on the website is strictly for scheduling, and when you call you are automatically placed on hold. Eventually a recording came on to indicating there were 22 callers ahead of me and I was given a chance for a call back without losing my place in line. I have now been waiting 2 hours for that call back. It has never come. When I have attempted to call them back, I get immediately transferred to the hold line. There is no human to talk to. The only negative that I have is the location and difficulty finding parking. The facility was clean, and the front desk personnel were friendly, helpful, and efficient! The wait time was more than acceptable, as my CT exam took place only 20 minutes after it was scheduled. The technician, Arthur, was superb— friendly, cordial, and experienced. A really good guy!
