This place is insane. I was sent a text on Friday that my father’s Medicare was out of network. I called this morning since his appointment is this afternoon. After being on hold for 25 minutes- being transferred from scheduling to insurance to benefits to authorizations- got to speak to some rude woman named “Gina” who told me that I had to deal with the long wait times because it’s a Monday. The older male receptionist was extremely rude and had no intention of helping me. I was forced to cancel my appointment and I needed it for a doctors appointment that I had to reschedule.
Walked out after waiting 45 minutes. I came early for my appointment- as requested by STRIC. There was one other person in the waiting area. Other people started arriving. Then they called other people back. I left. I’ll try a different location next year.
