Walked out after waiting 45 minutes. I came early for my appointment- as requested by STRIC. There was one other person in the waiting area. Other people started arriving. Then they called other people back. I left. I’ll try a different location next year.
12/5/25 - I had a mammogram done today. Maria the tech was awesome, friendly and professional. I had an excellent experience. I had read some not so good reviews and was worried, but totally opposite. She even took time to explain importance of capturing best images. I did not experience any pain while she did mammogram.
Professional and courteous staff. Roy did wonderfully, making it painless to check in and schedule further appointments. The office manager Noela greeted me with a smile, and ensured I had everything I needed for my appointment. Katie was joyous and helpful!
I had two imaging studies done at STRIC on July 29, 2025, and I want to highlight the exceptional care I received from the staff—especially John, my technician for the CT scan of the spine. I am paralyzed, and John went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. He was not only attentive and responsive to my needs, but he also took the initiative to place the IV that would be used for my second study, which made things go much more smoothly.
