I had two imaging studies done at STRIC on July 29, 2025, and I want to highlight the exceptional care I received from the staff—especially John, my technician for the CT scan of the spine. I am paralyzed, and John went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and supported throughout the entire process. Where do I even start on this one? So I get a referral to come out to see their shirt's location and am told they can't see me for another month. So luckily enough the San Antonio location has availability for me as long as I can be there shortly. I confirm the change of venue with Tricare. Get everything approved and arrive at the location. Everything went smoothly upon arrival. I really wish they would stop screening their calls. They should have one person at the front desk answering calls just for the patient who has questions about preparing for their test or insurance.. I had one simple question and they would NOT transfer me to the front desk, even though they were not busy. It would avoid any problems once the patient arrives. The person screening the call is not even a medical person.
Waited an hour just to be told they didn’t have my orders.
