Great customer service! Relatively quick. The two times that I have gone I don’t wait more than 10 min. in the lobby before they call me. I love going there at the metropolitan on Brooklyn Ave. I highly recommend it. On another note they have facilities that are open on Saturdays.
I tell you what, The CT Tech John was absolutely AWESOME!!! He didn't like the scans my Dr requested, he went above and beyond to make sure that my DR got exactly what he needed and some just to be sure. Very impressed!! Thank y'all
My son had a 4:00 pm appointment for an MRI. He wasn’t seen until 5:45 pm. The value of your time is of no consequence to this company.
Blonde lady w/ ponytail talks too fast and hurriedly. They ask for initials and signatures on forms w/ incorrect information. This lady seems more pleasant and not so in a hurry with male clients.
After seating my son with his nurse, I approached the front desk where one receptionist asked the other if she wanted to help me, and she replied, 'No!' I handed over our referral and was asked to fill out paperwork. Realizing my son needed a diaper change, I asked if there was a changing table suitable for a 13-year-old with cerebral palsy and the receptionists were unsure, and upon checking, I discovered the restroom's changing table was inadequate.
