My first visit here for an ultrasound was very pleasant. Due to weather conditions I received an email & text at 7am that my early morning appointment had been canceled so I called the number given to reschedule. They were able to get me in later the same day which was not an issue for me. Once I arrived I was checked in, completed registration, and called up for my ultrasound all within 10 minutes. Very clean, easy to get in and out. Friendly staff.
I have had an ultrasound, xray, and mammogram at this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I feel like I get in and out relatively quickly compared to other imaging places I've been to. The facility is clean and easy to get to.
After waiting for almost an hour, I had to go up and ask how much longer until they took my son back for his MRI. And from the conversation she had with the rad tech it sounds like they forgot my son was there and pulled others before him. I don’t mind medical procedures and offices running behind but at least give updates so people don’t feel forgotten or you don’t actually forget them!!!!
