I couldn’t find my doctor’s orders the day of my appointment, though I had them when I made the appointment (2~3 weeks prior). As I was trying to get ahold of my doctor’a office on a Saturday, day of appointment, the front desk angel (Ally) got through and took care of it. I have yet to be called back but had to leave this review, this place is open Saturdays and Ally is an angel.
Whoever answers the phone is very rude and doesn’t give you a chance to even respond or ask another question before transferring or hanging up on you. I literally asked a question, got told something so fast and mumbled before i even had a half second to say im sorry i could not hear you, i was already transferred to some automated line on hold…. For people who are already stressed out and dealing with health issues this is an unneeded stressor and makes this business look bad Update: this place is a scam!!! Tried to tell us... read more
They took my insurance card as soon as I walked in the door. Then I found out, after I got a huge bill, that they don't take my insurance. No one told me this at the time of service, and now I have to pay for my routine mammogram that should have been covered 100%. I talked to the billing department 3 times with super long hold times. Basically I was told that stric has no way of checking whether or not they take your insurance at time of service, leaving their patients completely unaware that they are out of network.
