Anyone else sick of medical facilities like this one who act like your time isn’t worth anything. 45 minutes late for their appointment (and counting) and act like no big deal. How about showing a little respect for your clients and run your business on-time or at least reasonably close. Too many doctors offices and medical facilities operate this way and it’s disgusting.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service I had an awful experience at STRIC Imaging Center. From the moment I walked in, the staff was rude and unhelpful. The front desk employees seemed uninterested in assisting patients, making me wait far longer than necessary without any explanation. Horrible how many appointment for 2:45 PM and here I am it’s 349 and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous and very disrespectful to your working community and people who have kids and need to be in another places. I recommend you going somewhere else unless you wanna sit here for hours while I tell you that it’s because they are running late

This is place is pathetic my appointment was at 2:45pm it’s 5 pm and I’m still waiting to be seen be ready to wait a while A LONG WHILE !!!! I was just told another 30 minutes!!! Good luck

This place is terrible. They are ALWAYS running behind. I don’t mean 15 or 20 minutes every time it’s at lease an hour behind. My appointment was at 10 am. How do you get so far behind by 10 am. They take advantage of patients simply because they can. Whom ever manages this place should be fired.
