Horrible how many appointment for 2:45 PM and here I am it’s 349 and I am still waiting. This is ridiculous and very disrespectful to your working community and people who have kids and need to be in another places. I recommend you going somewhere else unless you wanna sit here for hours while I tell you that it’s because they are running late
This is place is pathetic my appointment was at 2:45pm it’s 5 pm and I’m still waiting to be seen be ready to wait a while A LONG WHILE !!!! I was just told another 30 minutes!!! Good luck
This place is terrible. They are ALWAYS running behind. I don’t mean 15 or 20 minutes every time it’s at lease an hour behind. My appointment was at 10 am. How do you get so far behind by 10 am. They take advantage of patients simply because they can. Whom ever manages this place should be fired.
ALEXIS front desk person was unprofessional and rude. I scheduled my appointment two weeks ago spoke to a lady over the phone from billing and she quoted me for a CT brain scan, then she transferred me to the scheduling department the lady who scheduled me was nice and took all of my information. Today, 12/21/24 I had my appointment and Alexis was rude since the beginning told me a different amount, and said she was not able to see any notes from the person I received the first quote. I had a great experience (aside from a paperwork mistake...they said I was having hips and knees, but I was just there for my hips. But hey, accidents happen and it was resolved before I went back). The people were funny and kind and kept me calm during the hip injections.
