Over an hour past appointment time and was told it will be another 20 minutes. The employees do not care about your other time commitments. Pathetically run.
Customer service is great but all the reviews about the wait time is true🤌 waited 2hrs past appointment for MRI, only MRI tho everything else on schedule but I mean it makes sense
Incompetent billing department! Asked them to change wrong code they used on my claim per my ChampVA insurance. My insurance can’t process it because of that code. They put you on hold for an hour when trying to call billing department. They send my bill to collection without trying to correct the bill. Stay away!

Anyone else sick of medical facilities like this one who act like your time isn’t worth anything. 45 minutes late for their appointment (and counting) and act like no big deal. How about showing a little respect for your clients and run your business on-time or at least reasonably close. Too many doctors offices and medical facilities operate this way and it’s disgusting.
