Tech:was horrible. The tech lacks customer service compassion skills. Speaks to you like you are bothering them. We were ten minutes late and the appointment was scheduled for 2:35 when i checked in and PAID it was 2:49. Never been to this location before. They made us wait an hour. Disrespectful and fos us to have not ever experienced that before. Disheartening experience.

Had an appointment in April. Tech: Vanessa was horrible. The tech lacks customer service compassion skills. Speaks to you like you are bothering that individual. The tech made an already uncomfortable situation (mammogram) even more uncomfortable. Had to correct that individual on how they were speaking to me during the exam which only made the current situation more uncomfortable. Have been going to that location for quite some time and have not ever experienced that before. Disheartening experience.

Literally canceled my appointment 15 minutes before time. I am disabled and it is so hard for me to get around. This is unacceptable! This is also after they did this 3 times at another location! And come to find out at the other location I NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT THERE CUZ THEY ONLY HAD THE SMALLEST MRIs!!! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS COMPANY!
