The wait is horrible here. They want you to show up 15 minutes early so you can wait 45 minutes for you “scheduled” appointment. Go somewhere if you can.
They do not call ahead and let you know what your costs are like most places do. They do work with you for payment though. They do not direct you where to sit and wait. The gentleman who conducted the MRI was super helpful, cheerful and gave very clear instructions.
Very fast; hardly had time to warm my chair. Tech was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
Excellent customer service and a very short wait time! Kudos to all staff!
Huebner location: AWESOME experience! The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The technician that did my MRIs was caring, compassionate and professional. Everything went smoothly!
