WOULD GIVE 0 but won’t let me! I had an extremely disappointing experience at STRiC and cannot recommend this facility. Scheduling my appointment was easy, but on the day of the appointment I received a message saying I needed to call to confirm my insurance was verified, despite this being just an hour before my scheduled scan. Love that I can go on Saturday. I have never waited over 10 mins and I wash in and out in 20 mins. Has results within 24 hrs.
Not sure what all the low ratings are about, but I had an MRI scheduled here at this location and everything was smooth and completely efficient at this location from scheduling to the actual MRI being done here. Staff is very professional and service was excellent! Thank you.
Got here 10:40 am. Appointment at 11:00 am. Didn’t get in till 11:45 am. This is not acceptable. This is only an overpriced scan. Very dissatisfied.
