Had an appointment in April. Tech: Vanessa was horrible. The tech lacks customer service compassion skills. Speaks to you like you are bothering that individual. The tech made an already uncomfortable situation (mammogram) even more uncomfortable. Had to correct that individual on how they were speaking to me during the exam which only made the current situation more uncomfortable. Have been going to that location for quite some time and have not ever experienced that before. Disheartening experience.

Literally canceled my appointment 15 minutes before time. I am disabled and it is so hard for me to get around. This is unacceptable! This is also after they did this 3 times at another location! And come to find out at the other location I NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT THERE CUZ THEY ONLY HAD THE SMALLEST MRIs!!! I AM SO SICK AND TIRED OF THIS COMPANY!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with South Texas Radiology Center that I feel compelled to share. From start to finish, their customer service was lacking, making what should have been a straightforward process incredibly frustrating. Firstly, the client scheduling was a nightmare. I encountered multiple issues when trying to book an appointment. I only have good things to say about STRIC. This past week, I had an MRI at the STRIC location, 9150 Huebner. Front-desk staff is very friendly. Facility is very clean. Of particular note is attentiveness of the technicians. Special kudos to Allen. Allen was professional, courteous, thoughtful, and, perhaps, above all, very kind. Thanks so much.
