Huebner location: AWESOME experience! The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The technician that did my MRIs was caring, compassionate and professional. Everything went smoothly!
There was NO mention whatsoever of schedule delay. It is now 1hr I’m waiting for my image scan. I complied with all instructions to be here on time to compete forms and was totally ready for my appt now more than 1hr ago. This is totally unacceptable service. Your operation needs improvement - to better serve your patients.

Despite my better judgement from reading the bad reviews, I scheduled an appointment with this place. Over the phone, they told me they took my insurance and took down my insurance information. I drove over only to be in a line several people deep, where the lady at the very front was complaining about how this was the third time she'd come to the place and not been seen.
