Front desk lady was very rude, had an attitude, raising her voice at elderly patient that was trying to understand her what her insurance was covering. You can tell the front desk did not want to deal with the conversation. She was huffing and puffing. To the point the elderly walked back to her husband and was crying. As a manager myself this is unacceptable and she needs to NOT be at the front desk. Her TONE was very disrespectful every when the elderly lady was talking nice and just wanted to understand.

I can’t say enough great things about STRIC in Boerne! From the staff that signs you in to the technicians, everyone is professional, patient, and kind. They took the time to address all of my concerns and truly made me feel cared for as a patient. Kelly was especially so sweet and kind, and made the experience feel very personal and comforting. You can tell they genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. The only place I will go! Highly recommend!

After paying copay in full at time of service, they managed to separate the orders and charged an addon. I disputed and paid anyway. They took but did not acknowlege the payment. Finally sent an apology and statement of no balance due. Several weeks later with no additional service they billed me for an even larger amount. It took BBB and UHC to have them remove that charge. I do not plan to EVER use them again nor pay for future extortion attempts.

My confirmation email stated to be there at 7:45. They don’t open the doors until 8:00
