Just trying to get an appointment scheduled has been an ordeal! At my dr's appt last Wed, she informed me of the need for an abdominal ultrasound. I received a phone call from dr's office on Thurs letting me know the order was called in & was told I'd receive a call from the imaging center's scheduling department shortly. I can’t even begin to share how upsetting my experience was today. I actually wouldn’t have minded the 2 hours that it took for my mammo but the front desk girl that checked me in should be written up or fired for HIPAA violation. She was the one who sat on the right side of the desk at check in. When I walked in, I checked in fine. She took my ID and Ins card and gave me an iPad to sign a couple things since I already completed the pre-registration online. I miss the days where pcp offices had X-ray machines on site. 2 weeks in a row waiting 2 hours for a simple X-ray even with an appointment. Based on other comments, something definitely not right here with their processes.
This place sucks. Had an appointment for 4:15. Showed up 15 minutes early. Still waiting at 5:15.
Was concerned because of all the negative reviews for this location but my experience was 10/10! Arrived 30 mins early for 12:30 pm appt on Friday afternoon. Reception was nice. Checked in, filled out paperwork on iPad and paid my deductible. Was called in 5 mins early (12:25 pm). Staff who showed me where to change and put my belongings was very nice.
