I think this location is very unprofessional. People come here already stressed out and worried about the exam, and all the lady’s in the front and in the back too are loud and obnoxious. They literally sound like they are having a party in here. Also the lady who takes copayments is very rude. We won’t come back to this location if possible. This was one of the worst experiences ever.

The negative reviews about this place are all true. Believe every single one of them. I had a scheduled appointment, showed up 15 minutes early as instructed, and sat for over an hour without ever being called back. I watched as people who showed up after me were brought back for their appointments over and over. I guess appointment times are just a suggestion and actually mean very little, if anything at all. Staff has no respect for time and schedules. Had an appointment and they were so late I had to leave. Nobody was in lobby or in building. Just staff walking around leisurely with no sense of urgency.
