I should have know from last time not to schedule at this location. We get there 15 mins Before our appointment.There is an issue,I was unaware of the total cost, it was higher than I expected. so they said, let me speak to a manager to make sure that was the cost you know. I said OK.They call me back. Not even five minutes to explain the same thing that lady had said before. I used to choose this place for all my dr's order for CT- Scan or MIR. Long time used this facility but front desk people is unpolate. Used to good& kindness people work there... Now changed alot. So now on I go to Madison oak imaging center. People over there very polite

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I was A WALKIN, EXPERIENCING POSSIBLE LEG BLOOD CLOTS AN A HEART CHECK. This facility tech too a chest xray and gave me no other instructions. She sat me in the waiting room for over 2 hours, finally I had my mom to call and someone came to tell me I would have to wait even longer. I Arrived at 10:45am had the chest xray at 11:10. Nothing for 2 or more hours after that and finally being told 2 people ahead of ME and still NOTHING. RIDICULOUS
