Great experience! Sandra at the front desk greeted me warmly. Debra the supervisor quickly resolved an order issue and Mark (MRI) explained everything clearly and made me comfortable. I saw some reviews about wait times but with so many different modalities- MRI, CT, Nuclear Med, Ultrasound and Xrays wait times may vary. Excellent customer service all around!
I have been to this STRIC clinic before as well as other STRIC locations many times. Usually a good experience. Today's visit was 5 star - Margaret at the front desk was polite and helpful. I was called back early, so promptness was great. The Ultrasound tech (Julia) was terrific - polite, informative about the procedure, friendly. I was especially please overall today because I had to arrive with a full bladder (not a good condition for me). Constantly get my very important STAT ultrasounds hours or even sometimes days after I need them ! Very frustrating
I should have know from last time not to schedule at this location. We get there 15 mins Before our appointment.There is an issue,I was unaware of the total cost, it was higher than I expected. so they said, let me speak to a manager to make sure that was the cost you know. I said OK.They call me back. Not even five minutes to explain the same thing that lady had said before.
