Staff not helpful or compassionate at all. Very quick experience when I got to the back because nothing important was said to me. Luckily I’ve had MRI’s done before but this is obviously how they treat all patients and there is a clear lack of care. I was on the phone all morning waiting and switching between team members from different areas of their system. Great experience! Sandra at the front desk greeted me warmly. Debra the supervisor quickly resolved an order issue and Mark (MRI) explained everything clearly and made me comfortable. I saw some reviews about wait times but with so many different modalities- MRI, CT, Nuclear Med, Ultrasound and Xrays wait times may vary. Excellent customer service all around!

I have been to this STRIC clinic before as well as other STRIC locations many times. Usually a good experience. Today's visit was 5 star - Margaret at the front desk was polite and helpful. I was called back early, so promptness was great. The Ultrasound tech (Julia) was terrific - polite, informative about the procedure, friendly. I was especially please overall today because I had to arrive with a full bladder (not a good condition for me).
