I was quoted the wrong price on the phone for my PET scan and walked in at 7:30 AM to find out my scan was going to cost $2000 (yes, two thousand!) more than I was quoted over the phone. Staff was cold and rude at the front desk and acted like I was an inconvenience to them. First of all there scheduling team FAILED to reached out to set up my Ctscan appointment. So my doctor said I could just walk in which is false because I could not get a same day appointment on Monday and scheduled me for the coming Friday and I had to cancel my appointment with my ENT and reschedule with them also .when I arrived on Friday the lady working the front desk Marge tells me it’s a $100 dollars mind you I’m on disability and a fixed income .
