Rude lady at this location! Glad I didn't have to go after all
I had to undergo an MRI yesterday, and from the moment I arrived at the front desk to the highly trained and friendly technician who conducted the procedure, I felt incredibly at ease. I usually get nervous when having MRIs because of the tight enclosed spaces, but your professionalism and expertise made the experience much more manageable. Thank you for making it so comfortable.
I've always had good experience here. Kind staff.
Staff not helpful or compassionate at all. Very quick experience when I got to the back because nothing important was said to me. Luckily I’ve had MRI’s done before but this is obviously how they treat all patients and there is a clear lack of care. I was on the phone all morning waiting and switching between team members from different areas of their system.
