I have scans every 3 months for the past few years, I found the staff very pleasant at the Topperwein location. The last two times I've had scans I've had to call to have the report looked at again. In my opinion, the radiologist is not thorough. The office manager is very nice but in my opinion no help. I should not have to call because I have known lesions that the radiologist didn't even address. Did he not see them or just didn't address them? I don't know. The worst front desk ever. I did every single pre check in and ID upload. Waited two hours and never got seen. DO NOT come here.
Wait time. My appointment was 1.5 hours ago and I am still waiting.
