Their billing department is very unprofessional and refused to give a number to complain about my husband’s experience. They claim to not have a customer complaint line. I am disappointed that the customer service agent did not take the time to deescalate the situation. Their customer service needs better training
Have been here for my father-in-law’s imaging appointment for Approximately 2 hours. Appointment was at 11am but we were instructed to be here 15 minutes early. Arrival time was 10:40 am. It’s now 12:38pm. We were told that he is pending a room. There have been at least 16-20 people called whom have arrived after us. This wait is ridiculous, we were told that he would be called in 15 minutes at 11:52am and he has not been called.
