My sincere gratitude for the caring, compassionate, attentive, professional, and extraordinary customer service I received from Rachel (front desk) at the location at 4383 Medical Drive SATX today. (1/15/26). I was sent to this location to complete a MRI another location at Westover Hills could not finish due to it being too close to closing time (5pm). Wow. What a wait. They didn’t even explain the absurd wait time. I’m writing this review after an hour from my appointment time. Hopefully I will be seen soon.
I went for a liver biopsy. I was very nervous because when I had one elsewhere it was painful. Nurse Dolores and Dr Vela took such good care of me and absolutely no pain during the procedure. No subsequent complications afterwards. They were fabulous and I highly recommend them both

Went for a CT scan. Front desk lady was so sweet. I only sat in the waiting room for about 10 minutes. Staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable here. Was very fast. Went faster than I expected.
