Terrible billing department. Zero desire to assist the patient.
Even after calling me multiple times, failed to mention my patient responsibility until I went to check in to my appointment (20 minute drive) obviously advanced imaging is costly and i did not have those funds prepared to be spent right then and there. I understand my plan pretty well but some places bill you later or allow you to set up a payment plan which was not the case, compared to other places the will tell me up front hey this is your responsibility so I can make a conscious decision to go through with the appointme... read more
Many redos of reading x-rays due to in attention to diagnosis. All locations
Never come here. I was told by then to come for follow up six months..schedule it with then went over my insurance with them. Just for them to deny me. Even after getting the ok with my insurance. They demand doc approval for it. When there doctors where the ones to come back in six months so here I for absolutely nothing. They give me this much trouble last time.
My sincere gratitude for the caring, compassionate, attentive, professional, and extraordinary customer service I received from Rachel (front desk) at the location at 4383 Medical Drive SATX today. (1/15/26). I was sent to this location to complete a MRI another location at Westover Hills could not finish due to it being too close to closing time (5pm).
