Went to STRIC at Medical center for MRI and xray only to be told that I can't have MRI because they couldn't obtain an authorization because when they called my insurance they couldn't find me in the system. But did anyone bother to call me. No instead they decide to tell me day off and try to push a waiver for me to sign, stating I'd be responsible for full amount if my insurance doesn't cover it. Horrible staff
The wait time is so bad Plan to wait over an hour to be called back. I've been waiting an hour, and reception said at least another 45 mins before they call me. Reception said this is normal wait time. There are probably 25 people in the waiting room with me. They also charge for parking in increments of 15 mins and will not validate your ticket Im so annoyed at the lack of consideration for other people's time that I spent $23on a phone charger in the gift shop across the hall just so I could write this review!
Whoever does the reports on the scans needs to go back and learn how to read an image.
