Major problems with the billing office. Obtained a quote ahead of time for an MRI, which required STRIC contact my insurance company. After two days they quoted $100 which was amount collected at time of service. When the Insurance Explanation of Benefits came it showed $783.91 due from member, which was then billed by STRIC. I have been here multiple times for MRIs, and this last time I had some strange things happen (physically) during the scan so I let the tech know. First I had tingling in my hands. It didn't last very long, but I was having multiple scans, and it happened each time they started me. The tech said he had never heard of that before, but that it wasn't normal and to just let him know if it became unbearable.
