First bill received simply states final notice and that they are sending to collections the day after it arrived in the mail and they are closed today.
They charged me for services I did not receive. When I disputed the bill, they said they would submit a code verification to the hospital and then resend me an updated bill. After not hearing back from them in 30 days, I called to check on this status of my account and they informed me I had been sent to collections. Not sure if this constitutes insurance fraud, but if anyone else has experienced the same fraud, feel free to reach out.
I was on hold 30 mins, 23 mins and now 46 mins...waiting to speak to someone about my account. The ongoing recording continues to say 15 calls ahead of me. It is absolutely unacceptable! I had a previous balance, which I paid promptly online...over 1 1/2 months later, that payment has yet to be deducted from my bank account. Now, I received another "amount past due" notice...different amount. But NO ONE answers the phone...or responds to email.
