I helped my friend clean during her move-out, and I am beyond upset with South Texas Property Management Group. I can’t believe they had the nerve to charge her a cleaning fee after we scrubbed that apartment spotless. I was there—we cleaned every inch of that place, and it looked perfect. But they still took money from her deposit anyway, just ripping her off. It’s so disappointing and wrong.
