DO NOT USE. They left my drain plugged in my pool for nearly 10 months, they came out multiple times and finally figured it out. In April I had to drain 35,000 gallons so they could pull the plug they left in. It cost me around $600 to fill the pool back up and it has been 30 days and I am still waiting to get reimbursed for having to fill the pool back up. I’d give them a 3.5. They were awful in the corners. Everything else looks good though. They didn’t wash off the excess in the corners. And when they came back 28 days later to address a few of them, the results were worse, all white washed with visible separation between the original and their repairs. At lease they came back I guess. Request references and ask about how they did in the corners!!
This rating is based on the excellent customer service provided by Blake. There were problems with the original plaster in my pool and I was afraid i would have to fight to have it corrected. However it was just the opposite. Blake inspected and agreed to completely redo. There will always be problems in a project but it is how you own the mistake and work to fix or resolve it. And that is what this company did! I would recommend 100%. Not because they always get it right—-but they will always make it right.
Process was very smooth from beginning to end, they truly care about their customers. They did a phenomenal job, could not have asked for better.
