We've sent several trucks to STO this past year and paid a premium. Overall the fabrication is great. However, communication and attention to detail on the install, finish work and follow through... not so much. We've taken trucks back to have issues corrected only to have them sit for longer than expected- eventually coming back with the same + additional issues. Ultimately had to take the trucks back to a dealer to repair vehicle damage resulting from the install and another outfitter to fix the aftermarket issues.

My 70 year old mother recently purchased a Nissan Titan 4X4 pickup that had Weston steps on it. The height of the steps was becoming increasingly difficult for her to get into the truck and I was concerned about her safety. I called Jay at STO and he suggested the AMP steps and we agreed to have a set installed. The guys in the shop had some trouble getting the steps wired up and stayed late that day to get the job done. They even delivered the pickup to her residence in Pipe Creek about 8PM that evening. Have a STO front bumper on a 2008 F350. The bumper has been super durable and held up amazingly well over the last 10 years.
