My care at ST Oral Surgery was exceptional from the start. I had several referral options from my general dentist and STOS was my first call. I immediately felt comfortable speaking with Brenda. She was friendly, compassionate and very knowledgeable. I never called the other 2 offices after that. RecommendedMy son was really worried about anesthesia so he made a request to Dr. Leonhart and he honored his wishes. Plus they all did a great job. They do their best to take away your fears. They were also cheaper than some other oral surgeons.
Highly recommend Dr. Leonhart and his amazing team. For many years I’ve been in a position to tell dental patients about South Texas Oral Surgery. But I not only refer others to them, but when my daughter needed her wisdom teeth extracted we headed over to Dr Leonhart. Then today I was there to have my cracked tooth extracted. It was such a wonderful experience. Everyone is caring and concerned about me. I cannot say enough positive things about this team.

Without hesitation I would highly recommend them. Dr. Leonhart is phenomenal. He is kind, compassionate, great bed side manner, & good @ what he does. He is the one we have gone to for teeth removal for braces & my twins' wisdom teeth. The office staff is just as incredible. Even though check in & procedures are different they are efficient, timely, & welcoming!!!

Had my two bottom wisdom teeth removed yesterday and I feel GREAT. They take COVID protocols very seriously and the office is spotless. The staff was friendly, both for the consultation and day of surgery. Dr. Leonhart answered any questions I had and I was in and out of surgery in less than 45 minutes. They provided me with all the instructions I need for a fast and safe recovery. It may seem overkill but I have followed all instructions to a T and my mouth feels great today. What a great experience I can not believe I had a tooth taken out I am day 3 I have had no pain taken no painkillers the staff was great so was my dentist will recommend to anyone who needs work done thank you all so much and happy holidays

Yo. Hands down the smoothest and painless surgery i’ve had! I got all 4 wisdom teeth extracted and it was the best experience! I was totally nervous before the procedure, but Dr. Leonhart and his staff made me so comfortable and talked through the entire process. He even called me later that evening to check up on me, and calls back when I have any questions! It was an awesome experience! Highly recommend! 😊

My experience was fantastic. I’ve been putting off removing a few wisdom teeth for about a year as I was extremely nervous about it. The staff and doctor were great. Thank you Suzanne for all your help and some laughs along the way. Dr. Leonhart even called me in the evening to check on me. Thank thank you to all!
My daughter had to have her wisdom teeth all taken out at once and Dr. Leonhart and his staff were great! They took great care of her. I so appreciate all they did to make the process as easy and painless as possible. I would definitely recommend them!
