Hello my wife took her 84 year old mother to get her follow up and Adrian the tech was helping them but he got upset with mom because she couldn’t see the letters then he got very rude with my wife and slammed the doors he was very unprofessional it could have gotten worse someone that doesn’t have patience doesn’t need to work with people especially older people so we won’t be going back there
