Horrible
We drove 150 miles for doctors appointment with Dr. Lisa Fichtel. The doctor's office was closed!!! I called Tuesday and asked if we could have a tele medicine visit for results due to weather. They said no… not to worry our appointment was at 12:20 and roads would be fine by then. I called on Wednesday and specifically asked if the office would be open today. They said YES!!! If any change to office hours they would call me🤬 No call!!
I first saw Dr. Fichtel in 2012 after a breast cancer diagnosis. She is the doctor you want to have when you have cancer! She, along with her staff, understand that this isn’t the flu. I always felt like I received top notch care, compassion and understanding through my treatment and years of follow up. I initially went to her because a friend who had breast cancer 5 years before me, recommended her.
