I am very disappointed with the evaluation I received. First let me just say that my neurologist signed me up for this. The results of my testing are completely inaccurate! What a waste of half my day. I am a happy person and nor do I suffer from anxiety! Listen I am open to being wrong and open to look into things but these results are complete trash! I shared it with my husband who knows me very well and he could not believe it. I feel like doctors just want to keep you coming in for business!

They were able to get my mom in on a cancellation pretty quickly really helped me try and get the final report to my mom's Neuro
Lied and said that I went late to my appointment. I arrived before the clinic opened. My Mother accompanied me and I don’t have a drivers license. My Mom took me to the appointment but their report said that I arrived unaccompanied. I don’t even know how to drive. These people are shady. Go to another psychologist.
I was referred here by my PCP but unable to get an appointment the phone is not answered or don’t get a call back need to set up with Dr.Martinez
