Called on a Friday for an appointment on the following Monday. Was told I didnt need an appointment and to just show up. Was even asked what time I'd be there and was assured someone would be there. When I show up they're closed and with no way of getting in contact wit someone. Very frustrating.
The lady was extremely helpful and friendly—everything was quick and hassle-free!
