Bought a house with pool and was referred to Jose by the previous owner of the house. He stated that Jose was a great guy and reliable and dependable. I found this out for myself. I usually service my own pool but was having a challenging problem with my hot tub. He diagnosed the problem quickly and did the repair in a timely manner. Now he builds pools and I am looking forward to having my next pool put in by him. He is meticulous and goes the extra mile.
Jose and Arnold are down to earth guys, upfront and honest. Couldn’t be happier with the pool they built. Always on top of everything and communicate very well. Highly recommend!
So.Tx Innovative Pools was absolutely the best experience we've ever had with building. From day one Jose walked through the design and building process. He let us know everything that was to be expected. He was upfront, honest and gave us excellent advice. Our pool is now completed and we are very satisfied. He still checks on us to make sure things are still good. Highly recommend!
Jose & Arnold really brought our dreams to life. From start to finish we couldn't have been more pleased with their work. These guys came by often to check the progress and work of their crews which was extremely important to us. Any issues that did arise, they took care of it immediately. We couldn't have made a better choice, these guys are humble small business owners who will be very successful for years to come.
