I went in for my appointment, and I told ******* *******, the "hearing aid specialist," that I was interested in a Relate brand hearing aid since this was the brand my insurance had a contract with. Well, he immediately started telling me how bad that brand was and had me try on a different brand. Then he did my hearing test.
