I went to the ER this morning because I was experiencing sudden, severe pain. I understand that emergency rooms see a lot of patients and that the staff has to make decisions based on what they see medically, but my experience left me feeling incredibly alone, vulnerable, and invalidated. Exactly service all the staff. Once I entered the door, the registration person, the RNA, the X-ray tech, the Dr. No attitude everyone was smiling. I call this "World Class Customer Service" It's a chapter from a book I read from Dale Carnige
