I made my appointment a month ago. They canceled, they said they called me but I never received a call. The reason why they canceled was fine. The problem was when I tried to reschedule, the clerk lost my patient registration form, they asked me to fill it up again and the next appointment available was in one more month, unbelievable.

I am beyond blessed to have had this team on side through my recovery.
