I wouldn’t have enough characters to describe how much I love this gym, team, and coaches. When I started STFA I struggled with anxiety and confidence. I was scared to look dumb and to try something new. From the moment I stepped into the gym I felt encouraged and welcomed. 3 years in my confidence is through the roof and my gym mates have become my family. If your looking to gain discipline, motivation, confidence and so much more this is the gym for you.
My son loves it! And if you can please a hyperactive boy that is a 10 star in my book!
