We hired South Texas Draperies to install many roller shades in our home. In summary, there were problems such as roller shades not rolling up and one eventually falling to the ground. South Texas Draperies refused to fix the problems. Today, ten months after the installation, the shade manufacturer representative is at my home for warranty inspection.
