Would give 0 stars if I could. Never once ever got a bill from them and try to request one emailed to me...never arrived, got the account number to look online...doesn't match with what they have in their system. The only thing I ever gotten in regards to a bill from them is after they had already sent it to a debt collections agency.
Absolutely do not use or allow your dermatologist to use this service. Horrible customer service!

same thing they just got a bill from collections from 2023...never seen a bill till now
