My son had an allergy screening here back in August of last year. Since then, they've been trying to get me to pay the $1480 bill in full because their claim sent to BCBS of Florida was denied for having already been paid; they also filed a claim with BCBS of South Carolina AND WAS PAID IN FULL! Sounds like insurance fraud to me. Their billing staff, based in Florida, seem very nice, but their business processes are abysmal. I'd stay away, if I were you.
Nurse drop offs should not take over 45 minutes! Very poor customer service. Only 1 person checking people in with people out the door.
This place sucks so bad sitting here for 20 minutes and no one. .I mean no onehas been called. . This is crap it is 812 in the morning there 10 plus me and no one has been called
